COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SERVICES
We at Parry Carver deliver a consistently good service in all aspect of Commercial Property Law.
Our Commercial Property specialists can provide practical advice as well as legal advice in a manner which takes into account your business needs.
A PERSONAL APPROACH
Parry Carver offers a personal approach when dealing on your behalf with all legal aspects of your land and property transactions, whether freehold or leasehold, buying or selling, investing or developing, as landlord or as tenant.
We understand how frustrating it can be as a client when you are unable to speak directly with the caseworker in your matter and this is often the problem experienced in larger firms. We have a small team of three solicitors with combined experience of over 90 years, where each will be familiar with your case and you will be able to contact the caseworker directly and make appointments at short notice.
We have two local offices in Wellington and Shifnal both with nearby free parking available. We conduct site visits at your Premises if required.
We pride ourselves on offering advice based not only upon legal knowledge but also on a commercial understanding of the issues involved, having as members of the team, many years’ experience of running and managing our own companies and partnerships.
We will always advise you of the most cost effective, pragmatic plan of action, rather than pursuing a course of conduct where the cost/benefit analysis is not in your best financial interest.
We have experience of and positively encourage our getting actively involved at the negotiation stage of dealings, which enables many issues to be ironed out before final heads of terms are agreed, thus saving much of the subsequent to-ing and fro-ing between solicitors and of course the consequential legal costs otherwise incurred.
INITIAL CONSULTATION WITHOUT CHARGE
We offer an initial consultation without charge to discuss and assess your legal requirements.
Wherever possible we will, following our initial consultation, offer fixed fees for identifiable work to be undertaken, rather than solely relying on charging everything out on a time/cost basis.
Should you require any further information then please do not hesitate to contact us.
