The Partners and staff at Parry Carver hope you; your family and friends are all keeping safe and well.
Parry Carver Solicitors remain open for business. Our offices are now however closed to the public. Procedures have been put in place to ensure that all enquiries are answered. Calls will be forwarded to your lawyer if they are working remotely. Please use our usual telephone numbers.
By putting in place these contingency measures we intend to continue offering as normal a service as possible throughout the duration of this unprecedented epidemic. By working together, we are confident that we can find solutions to any problems arising, thereby reducing, as far as possible, any impact on our services and minimising risks to health.
Parry Carver is continually monitoring the implications of the coronavirus outbreak. We are receiving daily advice from Public Health England (PHE) and are considering the contingency measures we have put in place.
We are determined to do all we can to maintain a continuous service to all of our clients. Their welfare and that of our staff is at the forefront of our minds.
Business continuity plans are in place and our flexible working policies mean there should be minimal disruption to the business but we will continue to monitor the situation.
Bearing this in mind, we would please ask that you send any documents electronically where possible.
In addition, we have now put in place a number of measures in case they are needed in the coming weeks.
These are as follows:
- Our lawyers are able to work remotely.
- Conferences may be held via telephone.
- Communications can continue via email (if legally permitted) or telephone.
We will, of course, keep you updated if this situation changes but in the meantime, if you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Anyone needing to speak with a Parry Carver solicitor should phone 01952 641291 for further information.
